Immersive survey for children
This project was about designing an interactive solution to capture survey feedback from children through a more engaging medium than traditional surveys. The solution was a physical interactive survey machine with interactive elements that are attractive and suitable for children. Our target client was the London Science Museum.
The project started with observation in different museums and interviews with related personnel. The data gathered were analysed using an affinity diagram to developed different ideas. Ideas were sketched and prototyped with scaled models. Furthermore, the final idea was digitally sketched and rendered in 3D. For delivering the project, a full-sized mock-up and simulation video was produced to illustrate the different interfaces on the HIVE.
